The team at MashCraft Greenwood can help make any event a success. Bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, retirement celebrations, family get-togethers, graduations, or any other reason to celebrate, our crew will ensure your guests have a great time.

Our room accommodates 46 guests and includes six-foot folding tables and chairs with tablecovers (color of covers is not guaranteed), a bar with accompanying bar stools, and a banquet table in the center of the room, which you may use for seating or as a food or gift table. The room also includes one 55” smart TV. NOTE: The room is currently undergoing some design changes. The number and size of tables may vary depending on your reservation date. If you are planning your event around the general room set-up, please contact us or stop by the tap room to confirm the appearance of the room prior to your event.
If your party is expecting more than 46 guests, please email Rachel Thompson (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss before you place your reservation. We try to accommodate every party, and we want to ensure that all our guests are happy and comfortable.
You reserve the right to decorate as you please, as long as the paint, walls, tables, bars, and other structures do not sustain any damage. Please do not tape, nail, or otherwise affix decorations to the walls. You may decorate the door frames, doors, and tables as you wish, as long as you do not use any confetti or glitter. You may also move tables and chairs (banquet table and bar are permanent, and therefore can not be moved), but the room must return to its original condition once you vacate. Please keep in mind that we are unable to tear down tables and chairs, as we are unable to store these items. Please plan accordingly.

All reservations will require a non-refundable fee of $50. No sales minimum or additional fees will apply.

Note: We are unable to sell individual kegs for private consumption while on premise, and all beverages must be purchased individually from the bar. (You may elect to purchase a pre-selected number of drinks or up to a certain dollar amount for your entire party; please discuss this with a tap room attendant upon arrival.)
Once your reservation is received, we will review it for time and date conflicts. If no conflicts are present, the event will then be added to the calendar below with your last name in the details section, and we will send you an email confirmation. If the deposit is not received in a timely manner, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation request and open your date and time to other potential parties. Please feel free to check the calendar for updates, and allow us a few days to add your reservation. Deposits must be paid within one week of making the reservation and may be paid in person via check, credit card, or cash, or you may call our tap room at 317.215.4578 to pay via credit card.
